Dementia-friendly activities

Keeping active helps people with dementia to live well and improve wellbeing.

Royal Voluntary Service provide activity and support groups for people who are concerned about their memory, living with mild-moderate dementia and their carers, family and friends of those living with dementia.

To support people in between visits to our groups, Royal Voluntary Service produce a monthly dementia-friendly activity pack to download and print at home.

These activity packs are designed to offer a stimulation for people living with dementia (and anyone else who may be interested) through a variety of activity types.

They aim to help keep people mentally active and offer something to do at home, or at the quieter times of the week. A range of activities are provided so you can do as much or as little of the pack as you like. You can do this alone, or with others as a group activity.

Download our packs to enjoy yourself or to give to someone you know.
