Join our volunteer team

The Good Morning Britain '1 Million Minutes' campaign is now in its ninth year. The initiative is asking viewers to donate time rather than money and has so far seen more than 672 million minutes pledged to charities looking for volunteers to connect with those who feel alone.

As we face another challenging winter, we are recognising the many faces of loneliness and are asking for you to step forward and join us in the mission to support as many people as possible.
