Ways to send in your fundraising

Royal Voluntary Service is a national charity built on local volunteering, giving support to people who need it in hospitals and in our communities. Your fundraising helps us to provide more services, recruit more volunteers and strengthen our communities.

Online

You can pay in your fundraising or donation online or through our Just Giving page. This way your friends and family can donate online and the money comes directly to Royal Voluntary Service.

By post

You can send in your fundraising or donation by post to:

Royal Voluntary Service
126 Fairlie Road
Slough
Berkshire SL1 4PY

Please make any cheques or postal order payable to Royal Voluntary Service and don’t forget to include a paying-in form and sponsorship form so we can claim Gift Aid.

By phone

You can pay your fundraising or donation using your credit or debit card by calling us on 0800 731 9197. Our lines are open Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Gift Aid

Gift Aid makes every £1 you donate worth 25p more – and it doesn’t cost you a penny!

It’s very easy and only takes a moment, so please make a Gift Aid Declaration now.

If you are a UK taxpayer, make your donation go further with Gift Aid. It means that we receive an extra 25p for every £1 donated. All you need to do is tick the Gift Aid box when paying in online or download our Gift Aid form and send it with your fundraising to our address above.

Gift Aid is the name of a special scheme managed by HM Revenue and Customs to benefit registered charities. It means that if you are a taxpayer, you can tell the Government to “top up” every donation you make with the amount of basic rate tax that you have paid on your gift.
