Take the two week challenge

You’ve got two weeks! How many miles can you run? or How many steps can you take in just two weeks? Set a target in a way that works for you!

We’re challenging you to run or walk and take on some extra steps for Royal Voluntary Service. We need your help so we can continue to give life-changing support when it matters most.

We continue to support those in need by providing hundreds of companionship and welfare check calls, transport to medical appointments and supporting people with their recovery at home after a stay in hospital.

Complete Step Up! and receive your very own medal and certificate!

Pick your targets

Run: Could you run 5km a day for 2 weeks? Or run 50 miles over 2 weeks? Or set your very own target.

Walk: Can you do 10,000 steps a day over two weeks and reach 140,000?

Or match the number of steps all our hospital volunteers take each day and aim for 170,000 steps over two weeks? That’s 12,142 steps each day! Or set your very own target.

Registration is FREE

£50 could mean we can help and collect shopping and prescriptions for 10 people who are vulnerable and unable to do so during the COVID-19 pandemic. This support will give them reassurance that there is support and remind them that they have not been forgotten.
