You’re invited to come along and get moving, connect and have fun!

Let’s Dance is a national campaign, spearheaded by Angela Rippon CBE which aims to encourage everyone to get dancing and see the health benefits it can bring. Not only is it a great way to get active and improve your wellbeing but it’s a chance to connect with others while having fun.

So why not give it a go!

Royal Voluntary Service is passionate about helping to keep the national healthy, active and connected, and we’re pleased to be one of the charities supporting the campaign.

In the run up to Let’s Dance day on 2 March our services, from dementia support groups to social clubs, will be running dance events where regulars can try something new and enjoy great company.

On Friday 28 February, our Virtual Village Hall will be holding a Beginners’ Jive class with Strictly professional dancer, Luba Mushtuk. Anyone can join in, learn some basic Jive steps, put them together into a simple routine to music and just enjoy yourself! There will be an opportunity to ask Luba questions about her own love of dance too.

Join in the fun!
